A Maternity Session with Melanie Maxine
I have had the amazing opportunity to offer drone photography to my maternity sessions in Albuquerque. With the help of my husband Jason we have incorporated stunning drone imagery to our sessions. This session took place in the beautiful Bosque of the Rio Grande river. It was cold but this stunning mama stuck it out even though she wasn’t feeling so great. I am sure some of you ladies know the feeling when you are at the last stages of your pregnancy things get real! Lol, but she was having a lot of back pain and she put on a brave face and rocked her session.
One of my favorite things about this sessions was this beautiful Sew Trendy pink maternity dress! It looked amazing on her and coordinated perfectly with dads outfit and the beautiful New Mexico sky. I am so grateful that this beautiful couple came all the way from Santa Fe to be photographed by me. That is a true honor and I am so glad they allow me to share their beautiful images with you all.
When is the best time to book your maternity Session
One of the questions my clients ask the most is, when should schedule my maternity session. The best time to book your session is at around 30 wks. If you photograph your belly to soon you my not have a full enough belly to show off. If you wait too long you my risk being uncomfortable in your own body. Near the end of your pregnancy you may become tired and swollen and may experience back pain. This could affect the way you feel that day, and we want your session to be a memorable experience you never want to forget. If you wait too long you also risk missing out on the opportunity due to an early delivery. Babies are unpredictable so its best to plan ahead of time and keep your photographer update on your condition. If you would like to book a session or would like a free consultation contact me today!
