How do gift certificates work?
To purchase a certificate for a loved one, please send me your name, the name and email address of the lucky lady you wish to purchase the certificate for. Once the payment is processed, I will send you a digital certificate that you can forward to your loved one or print out and surprise her with. I will then I will personally get in touch with her after Valentine’s Day to set up the shoot and give her more information on how to prepare.
What payment options do you accept?
At the moment, I can only accept Paypal (in the US ) . You will receive a invoice through email and once your payment is processed you will receive a digital receipt for your records.
Can I buy a gift certificate for my mom who lives in Los Lunas? Will you travel there for the shoot?
Gift certificates are applicable for an in studio shoot only. If your loved one is out of town they will need to travel to my studio for their session. I do not do on location sessions without an additional fee. Because I am also booking hair and make up artist for this special package traveling is not an option.
What if I want more images than the ones offered in my package?
At your ordering appointment you will be viewing and choosing your images. If you want more images you will have the option to add them to your package at a discounted price for Valentine Day Gift special clients only.
Can husbands come to the shoot?
To ensure privacy and productivity, I prefer a closed set. I have noticed that the models feel a lot more comfortable when their significant others are not present and it makes the reveal of the final images a surprise.
Do you provide a location for the shoot?
Yes ! My sessions are held in the comfort of my studio located at my home. If provides great privacy and comfort with all the amenities necessary for a great experience.
What is your refund policy?
All gift certificates are 100% refundable within 7 days of purchase.
What about cancellations?
I understand that plans change and it’s impossible to prepare for the unexpected. If a client cancels her shoot within 72 hours of her scheduled session, I will happily transfer the gift certificate over to another date. If the shoot is cancelled in less than 72 hours or last minute, the gift certificate will not be transferred or refunded.
Will I be able to see the photos?
It is up to the Client to share the photos of her choice. I will not disclose any images with or without the clients permission.
Do you protect my privacy?
That goes without saying. Your privacy and that of my clients are absolutely paramount
What dates will you be available to schedule my wife’s session?
Your certificate is good until the end of April. I prefer Sundays early in the day because I shoot most of my images in natural light. My schedule is pretty flexible and I will be willing to work to find an appropriate date and time that works for everyone including our hair and make up artists.
*Please be advised that although I will do my best to accommodate every request , I retain the right to refuse any booking with a full refund if I find that your certificate intended are not a creative match.
