Within 2 weeks, you’ll receive a proof gallery from which you will choose your favorite images. In-Studio Branding FAQs
About 10 days to 2 weeks after your session, you will receive a proofing gallery of 50+ of the best images from your session. You will choose your favorite images and I will personally hand edit and professionally retouch each of your selected images. Average turn-around time: 5 weeks.
Booking & Preparation
When should I book my branding session?
It’s best to book at least 2-4 weeks in advance to allow time for planning outfits, props, and the overall look of your session. My calendar does tend to fill up quickly so as always, I recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
What should I wear for my branding session?
Can I bring multiple outfits?
Absolutely! I encourage outfit changes to add variety. Most sessions allow for 3 outfit changes.
What kind of props should I bring?

How long does a branding session last?
I feel awkward in front of the camera. Will you help with posing?
Yes! I’ll guide you through natural, flattering poses that align with your brand’s image. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident.
Can I use different backgrounds in my session?
Yes! My studio setup allows for a variety of backdrops and lighting styles to match your brand aesthetic. We’ll discuss options before your session.
After the Session
How long does it take to receive my images?
You’ll receive a proof gallery within 2 weeks from your session, and final, professionally edited images will be delivered 1-2 weeks after you have made your final selections. So in total typically 4-6 weeks.
How do I receive my photos?
Can I use my branding photos for social media, websites, and marketing?
Yes! You can use them for websites, social media, business cards, and other marketing materials.
Do you offer additional retouching?
Basic retouching is included, such as skin smoothing, color correction, and blemish removal. Additional retouching (like extensive edits) can be done upon request for an additional fee.

A headshot session focuses on capturing clean, professional images of your face, usually from the shoulders up. These are perfect for LinkedIn, business profiles, and team pages.
